Insertion pH & Redox Electrodes
|Lock-N-Load Retractable sensor assembly. All you need to do is Lock-N-Load to install a pH or Redox electrode into any pipeline, vessel or tank wall.
The simplicity of its design is what makes it unique. A quarter of a turn pull, and the electrode assembly is sealed from the line pressure. It can now be removed for maintenance, cleaning, calibration or replacement. It is safer too because the end cap seals from the inside out, unlike other types of insertion assemblies which rely upon valves and retaining cables.
The Lock-N-Load is available constructed from P.V.C, Kynar, (P.V.D.F.) or 316 stainless steel which allows the Lock-N-Load assembly to be used for a wide range of applications in water treatment, effluent treatment and process control.

9386-10B Longer-length Platinum electrode with sealed double peripheric non-fouling annular reference junction Redox (O.R.P.) electrode.
9027-10B Inline pH electrodes are designed for mounting into standard 1/2″ pipe tees for continuous pH measurements.
1225-10B Flat glass self-cleaning electrode to screw in to a tee where it forms part of the pipe wall. The flow of liquid through the tee keeps the flat surface of the electrode clean .
1627-10B Double junction flat pH electrode, PVDF body for greater chemical resistance and higher liquid temperatures.
P822-10B pH combination electrode in a PVC housing for inline or submersion use. Features the unique Magna Flow annular junction and Tuff Tip guarded glass tip. Temperature range 0 – 60oC pH range 0 – 13 pH.
All industrial electrodes are fitted with 10′ cable and BNC connector suffix -10B e.g. 9027-10B.
