On Line Conductivity Instruments
|ARC1 is a low-cost, simple to operate and install conductivity controller for surface mounting either inside or outside for the control of conductivities ranging from 0 – 10,000 µS selected via a multiplier switch of x1, x10, & x100.
Fitted with a single linear set point which maybe selected for either high or low operation.ARC1-K is an auto-rinse water control kit to control the build up of contamination in electro-plating rinse water tanks and spray systems.
Comprised of the model ARC1 surface mounting conductivity controller, D110 submersion conductivity cell and BSV050-00 Brass solenoid valve.C3630 Two-wire conductivity transmitter for either DIN rail mounting or mounting in the optional IP55 weatherproof enclosure. Ranges selectable 0 – 200.0 µS, 0 – 2000 µS or 0 – 20.00 mS with auto temp compensation.
Two-wire transmitters are designed to be powered by a low 12 – 30 volt DC supply and provide an industry standard isolated 4 – 20 mA signal.
The output is a change in the current flowing in the same two wires which power the instrument. This lowers the installation cost as only two wires need to be connected between the transmitting and receiving instruments.
Calibrating the sensor is considerably easier with the large digital display, zero and span controls located on the front of the instrument.

The optional -W surface mounting weatherproof enclosure is rated to IP55 for all year round outside use and is fitted with an external makalon door, providing access to the calibration and set point controls for easy on site adjustment.
