With the option for NaOH pre treatment to bind the free CO² you can achieve conductivity as low as <5 µS/cm.
NaOH is dosed between1st and 2nd pass to bind the liberated CO².
This series supplies high performance at the lowest life cycle costs. It is a pre-engineered system, allowing short delivery times, easy installation and operation with high reliability.
It is an inline system, that is simple in construction and with a small footprint. The simple control box ensures it is able to meet the demand for high quality water at low cost. To ensure the high permeate quality outlet a conductivity meter has been installed to constantly measure water quality. If permeate quality output has reached the maximum limit, then the quality flush opens to drain. If the flush continues for more than 10 minutes (adjustable) the plant will stop and trigger an alarm. The control box has a volt free alarm contact.
