Ian Forrester – Industrial Market Manager
Ian has over 40 years experience in the water treatment plant industry, this includes 10 years at Cord Chemical as Technical Director. Ian Founded Derwent Water Systems in 1985 and designed and sold Derwents heavy metal recovery system worldwide. Ian’s extensive knowledge of ion exchange and membrane systems means he is well placed to help customers in the industrial market.
Dave Rigby – Industrial Market Manager
Dave has over 18 years experience in the water treatment industry. He has broad experience of all pure water markets, applications and technologies. He is a specialist in large demin plants for power generation and heavy industries and is experienced in every aspect of customer delivery including service, emergency hire, major refurbishments, capital sales and long term outsourcing.
Andy Toft – Project Manager
Andy has over 30 years experience in the water treatment industry working in both sales and project management. Andy is very experienced in working on both standard plant and bespoke projects for water treatment systems. Helping ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and meet customers expectations.
Vince Payne – CEO European Operations
Vince graduated with a BSc degree in Engineering and an MBA in International Operations and Corporate Financial Strategy. Since then Vince has spent 25 years in the water treatment and filtration industry.
Previously, Vince held the position of Managing Director of UK operations for, US Filters Filtration & Separations group, where Vince oversaw a period of rapid growth and company integration.
Vince then became a founding Director and Shareholder of Puresep in 2002, and was pivotal to the success of the company in building and developing the business, customer base and the technologies and services business model.
Today Vince is the CEO of the European Envirogen Group and it’s his drive, determination and experience that leads the European operation towards achieving its goals.
Mark Beveridge – Technical Director
Mark has over 25 years experience in process filtration and water treatment technologies. Trained as an electrical mechanical engineer, Mark’s previousemployers include Vivendi, US Filter, Memcor, British Rail and Dairy Crest.
In 2002, Mark was one of the founding directors of Puresep. Mark’s experience is in delivering bespoke turnkey projects, through design, installation and commissioning of plant, along with new product research & development, process automation and contract management.
David Hayes – Sales Director
David has 30 years in water and filtration industry, his previous company’s include Veolia, USF, Elga, BWT, Christ, Culligan International. He is extremely experienced across many markets and has extensive knowledge of various water treatment technologies and applications including; RO, Deionisers, CDI, softeners and process filtration.
Stephen Pope – Operations Director
Stephen has over 22 years of technical experience, which includes; 9 years’ experience designing high speed rotating machinery, 8 years experience as maintenance management in the FMCG sector including responsibility for DI plant, and 5 years’ experience in FM and Project Management in the Confectionary and Pharma sectors including maintenance responsibility for Softeners, RO’s and boiler systems. He has also project managed the installations of large scale water treatment and waste water recovery systems, and RO/EDI systems for European Pharmacopia grade water systems.
Bill Denyer – Director of Service Operations and Beverage Systems
Bill, is a trained mechanical engineer and has over 16 years experience in the water treatment industry, firstly at Ecolochem, Ionix, GE and then at Puresep. Bill is an experienced engineer with the ability to design, install, commission and service plant, as well as software programming. He heads up the engineering team and is passionate about delivering tangible results for our customers.
Jo Collins – European Marketing Manager
With over 15 years in B2B marketing, with a passion for direct marketing, particularly in todays climate, Jo aims to communicate the right message to the right people at the right time using the right format. Having been with the company for over 7 years, she has been instrumental in communicating key messages to both customers, and the market place. Jo has a degree in business, a diploma in direct marketing and a certificate in leadership management
